The development of communication skills in MCJROTC is significantly enhanced through public speaking and presentations. This approach allows cadets to practice articulating their thoughts clearly and confidently in front of an audience. Engaging in public speaking helps cadets learn how to structure their messages, use appropriate verbal and non-verbal cues, and handle questions or feedback effectively.
